Mini Pancakes

Why have I not thought of this before? Mini Pancakes!?! This is seriously something to write about! This way of making pancakes brings making pancakes to the next level!

It's so simple! I have never met a mom that was not fond of SiMpLe!

Valentines Day Breakfast?!? Why YES, of course, nothing less will do!

Okay, so here is the whole matter with the batter!

Pre-heat over to 350.

Any pancake mix will do. Make the batter according to the package.

If you want to add berries, chocolate chips(as we did), a dab of jelly, do it now!

Spray your mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

Fill tins with pancake mix about 1/3 full.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Then top with your favorite pancake topping and enjoy!

Is this not the prettiest stack of pancakes you've ever seen?!?

Think about this ladies! No standing and flipping pancakes for 20 minutes. No pancakes getting cold while you're still making more pancakes. They are all finished at the same time! This is beautiful, would you not agree?!? (Btw... I picked up my heart shaped mini muffin tin at a thrift shop a long time ago. Paid less than 2 bucks for it! It does not have to be costly to bake pretty things!)
